Tips for exams~

Well, well~ It seems that the final exams are around the corner. So, I wouldn't want to talk nonsense here, but in fact I'll share some tips to beat the final exam stress taken from this link. Hope you'll enjoy & take the benefits from the article. ^_^"

6 tips to beat Final Exam Stress
Have you ever seen a stress-free college student? I haven’t, unless you count the freshmen who mess up the first half of the semester, say “screw it” to the rest and never attend class again. But that’s not what I’m talking about here.

Stress is a huge part of the college experience, and it’s something we all have to deal with in life. We don’t, however, have to let it get the best of us.

This may come as a shock, but stresses DOES NOT have to take over your life, no matter how many finals you have. You can still do well on your tests without wanting to die for an entire week.

I know this is a fashion site, but it’s also a site about college life, and finals are a huge part of that. Here are my top tips for keeping stress at a minimum during your hectic final exams week that is probably happening right now or very soon at your school.

Just for the record, these tips actually work, and the list doesn’t include any cliche’ crap that doesn’t, like “deep breathing exercises”.

1. Avoid stressful people.

Stress actually is contagious. During exam week, resist the urge to have a study session with your super-tense friend, especially if she’s complaining about all the work she has to do and breaking pencils all over the place. Her stress will only add to your stress.

2. Eat healthy and exercise.

This seems like a no-brainer, but it’s a wonder how many people forget it. Skip the sugar, which will make you crash, and go for snacks like granola bars, healthy cereal or fruits and veggies to keep your blood sugar stable. If you’re studying for a long period of time, eat some protein too. Also, try to get some form of exercise. Even a 10 minute walk will leave you calmer and more focused. You can also take these foods for your brain.

Blueberries. "Brainberries" is what Steven Pratt, MD, author of Superfoods Rx: Fourteen Foods Proven to Change Your Life, calls these tasty fruits. Pratt, who is also on staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Calif., says that in animal studies researchers have found that blueberries help protect the brain from oxidative stress and may reduce the effects of age-related conditions such as Alzheimer'sdisease or dementia. Studies have also shown that diets rich in blueberries significantly improved both the learning capacity and motor skills of aging rats, making them mentally equivalent to much younger rats. Ann Kulze, MD, author ofDr. Ann's 10-Step Diet: A Simple Plan for Permanent Weight Loss & Lifelong Vitality, recommends adding at least 1 cup of blueberries a day in any form -- fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried.

Wild salmon. Deep-water fish, such as salmon, are rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids, which are essential for brain function, says Kulze. Both she and Pratt recommend wild salmon for its "cleanliness" and the fact that it is in plentiful supply. Omega-3s also contain anti-inflammatory substances. Other oily fish that provide the benefits of omega-3s are sardines and herring, says Kulze; she recommends a 4-ounce serving, two to three times a week.

Nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds are good sources of vitamin E, says Pratt, explaining that higher levels of vitamin E correspond with less cognitive decline as you get older. Add an ounce a day of walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, filberts, almonds, cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, and unhydrogenated nut butters such as peanut butter, almond butter, and tahini. Raw or roasted doesn't matter, although if you're on a sodium-restricted diet, buy unsalted nuts.

Avocados. Avocados are almost as good as blueberries in promoting brain health, says Pratt. "I don't think the avocado gets its due," agrees Kulze. True, the avocado is a fatty fruit, but, says Kulze, it's a monounsaturated fat, which contributes to healthy blood flow. "And healthy blood flow means a healthy brain," she says. Avocados also lower blood pressure, says Pratt, and as hypertension is a risk factor for the decline in cognitive abilities, a lower blood pressure should promote brain health. Avocados are high in calories, however, so Kulze suggests adding just 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado to one daily meal as a side dish.

Whole grains. Whole grains, such as oatmeal, whole-grain breads, and brown rice can reduce the risk for heart disease. "Every organ in the body is dependent on blood flow," says Pratt. "If you promote cardiovascular health, you're promoting good flow to the organ system, which includes the brain." While wheat germ is not technically a whole grain, it also goes on Kulze's "superfoods" list because in addition to fiber, it has vitamin E and some omega-3s. Kulze suggests 1/2 cup of whole-grain cereal, 1 slice of bread two-thee times day, or 2 tablespoons of wheat germ a day.

Beans. Beans are "under-recognized" and "economical," says Kulze. They also stabilize glucose (blood sugar) levels. The brain is dependent on glucose for fuel, Kulze explains, and since it can't store the glucose, it relies on a steady stream of energy -- which beans can provide. Any beans will do, says Kulze, but she is especially partial to lentils and black beans and recommends 1/2 cup every day.

Pomegranate juice. Pomegranate juice (you can eat the fruit itself but with its many tiny seeds, it's not nearly as convenient) offers potent antioxidant benefits, says Kulze, which protect the brain from the damage of free radicals. "Probably no part of the body is more sensitive to the damage from free radicals as the brain," says board-certified neurologist David Perlmutter, MD, author of The Better Brain Book. Citrus fruits and colorful vegetables are also high on Perlmutter's list of "brainy" foods because of their antioxidant properties -- "the more colorful the better," he says. Because pomegranate juice has added sugar (to counteract its natural tartness), you don't want to go overboard, says Kulze; she recommends approximately 2 ounces a day, diluted with spring water or seltzer.

Freshly brewed tea. Two to three cups a day of freshly brewed tea -- hot or iced -- contains a modest amount of caffeine which, when used "judiciously," says Kulze -- can boost brain power by enhancing memory, focus, and mood. Tea also has potent antioxidants, especially the class known as catechines, which promotes healthy blood flow. Bottled or powdered teas don't do the trick, however, says Kulze. "It has to be freshly brewed." Tea bags do count, however.

Dark chocolate. Let's end with the good stuff. Dark chocolate has powerful antioxidant properties, contains several natural stimulants, including caffeine, which enhance focus and concentration, and stimulates the production of endorphins, which helps improve mood. One-half ounce to 1 ounce a day will provide all the benefits you need, says Kulze. This is one "superfood" where more is not better. "You have to do this one in moderation," says Kulze

3. Just say NO.

I don’t mean to drugs, although I’m not recommending them or anything. What you need to say no to are the people who want to take up your time. There will probably be a friend who needs to talk to you for hours about her life, or a keg party the night before your final, and if you say yes, you’ll probably be tempted to blow off studying. Resist the urge. Say no to the distractions and be selfish for a day. You want a good GPA, right?

4. Force yourself to take breaks.

For every hour or so that you work, take a 10 or 15 minute break. Let yourself do whatever you want (check Facebook, check out that guy sitting nearby, stare off into space, call a friend, etc.) for those 10-15 mins, then start working again. This gives your brain a little rest and will help keep you more focused when you are actually doing work.

5. Visualize it all going right.

This is actually my favorite tip of all, even though it sounds kind of nuts. Imagine yourself taking the test and feeling confident that you know all the information. Picture getting all of the answers right, and focus on how relaxed you feel. Then picture the A on your test paper. When you imagine a happy ending, that’s often what happens, because you make the decisions that lead to it without even realizing.

6. If you’ve studied all you can, get up your confidence!

When test-time rolls around, it’s time to get yourself into confidence mode. You’ve prepared as much as you could, and now it’s time to ace the test. The tip here is to do whatever works to convince yourself you are going to do really well. Again, I know this tip sounds a little crazy but you just have to try it for yourself. I think you’ll like the results.

it's new sem !~

New sem has come! No more recipes to be post here. hehehe.... If only I can have my own house here. Wahh! It's so cool! I can cook everyday, and I wouldn't have to buy the same thing in the cafe everyday! haha.. it's just so boring when you have eaten all types of menu in the cafe & later on you don't have a choice but have to choose the same menu as your lunch & dinner for the next few years. hohoho... But then, life has to go on right?
ok, back to the topic.

In this semester, I'll be a first year second sem student. A step further to excellence. ^__^". It's kinda tough this sem as I'm taking 9 subjects with only 17 credit hours! huhu... The subjects are Drama, Phonetics & Phonology, Intro to Political Sciences, Revelation of Prophetic History, Sciences of Hadith, Arabic level 3, Bahasa Melayu Lanjutan, Tilawah & Study Circle. It became 17 credit hours because BM have only 1 credit hours while arabic & study circle both 0.5 credit hours & tilawah NO credit hours. My classes are packed from 8.30 to 5.00pm every Monday & Wednesday while on Tuesdays & Thursdays my classes are from 8.30 to 3.30pm. huhuhuhu... Cannot go home like usual. Mujahadah IMAN okeh?!

So, since this new sem I'll be having a packed day, I'll have to start on my assignments straight away after I receive it from the lecturer. No more postponed assignments okeh IMAN? This time please submit it before the date of submission. Not ON the date of submission unless the lecturer says so.

Alright! that's all from me today~
Hope to improve myself as well as my pointer to a better grade.
ChaiyOk IMAN!
Remember everyone who loves you and wants you to excel in your studies!!

Mus'ab! My little nephew~

As Mus'ab entered my parents house in TSPP, he shouted "aatteeeehhh!!", hahaha... it was soo touching & cute lor. He never called me [his Mak Teh] properly before. He normally call out for both of his uncle which is Ayah Yang my 3rd brother, which he usually shout like this> "Yaayaaaaang!" and Pak Ngah my 2nd brother. Instead of calling him Pak Ngah, Mus'ab will say "Angaaah!" or "Ayah Ngaaah!". hehe.. Toddlers, at this age they'll start to pronounce things better with a better pronunciation. Well, before they know how to pronounce things, they usually babble all the time where most of the time, we couldn't understand what they are talking about! hahaha... babies are just so cute~

After he called out for me to come down, he shouted for opah and search opah all the way upstairs. He also dragged every one to follow him to search for opah and he shouted again.... "Paaaaaah....! Opaaaaaaah!". Hehehe.... So adorable laa mus'ab nih. When my father came back home, he went to the door and stand beside the grill and shouted, "atooooooooooookkkk!". Another new word for him as he rarely shout for atok. hehehe...

Mus'ab is such a hyperactive kid! It's just so hard to make him to go to bath. Asyik nak main je keje die sampai orang lain yg flatten out! hahaha... si kecik2. To ask him to be quiet is just simple & easy. Put the laptop in front of him and open the Upin & Ipin or any animated songs and he will DEFINITELY be quiet in a blink of an eye. Like my father use to say something like this, "Abah x suke baby yg senyap je, x cerdik! Budak2 aktif macam mus'ab ni yang bagus... Barulaa cerdik macam atok die!" hehehe....

pic 1: Mus'ab aged few days old.
pic 2: aged few month old.
pic 3: Latest picture of Mus'ab at the age of 1 year & 7 month.

Oklaaa Mus'ab sayang..~ That's all for today's entry. Hehe... A special entry for my little nephew Mus'ab bin 'Umayr Sayfurrahman the apple of our families eye! hehehe..... ^_^"

Wednesday's dinner!~

Hey! Assalamu'alaikum people! On Wednesday night I prepared 3 dishes for dinner which was Paprik Campur, Butter Prawn and Potato Salad. So today, I would like to share with you guys those 3 recipe. Well, for the Paprik Campur, actually it was my first time cooking it. hehe.. I just wanted to try a variety of cookings so that I don't feel bored eating the same thing everyday and I managed to cook it perfectly! hehe... Therefore I googled the recipe in the internet and found it in this website http://resepi.mesra.net/Detailed/20341.shtml. But for the quantity, I did not follow the quantity as stated in the recipe given because I have a big family who eats a lot! I just guess the quantity so it'll be enough for our family dinner. Actually, I didn't follow the recipe totally. So I just made it myself based on the ingredients I refer. Ok, let's proceed with the recipe!

Paprik Campur

Ingredients;
  • 5-6 parts of chicken breast [dice it]
  • 7 pieces of squids [wash it with lime to wash out the smell]

vegetables-
  • some cauliflowers
  • some carrots
  • some baby corns
  • 2 tomatoes [sliced into 4]
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 big red onion
  • 1 stalk of lemon grass [crush it]
  • A thumb size of ginger [slice]
  • Some garlic [crushed & chopped]
  • Some Daun Limau Purut

sauce-
  • 1 table spoon of oyster sauce
  • 4 spoonful of chili sauce
  • 4 spoonful of tomato sauce
  • 2 spoonful of soy sauce
  • some salt [secukup rasa laa]

How to do it?
ok, let's begin!

  1. First and foremost, after you prepare all the ingredients, put some cooking oil in the wok to sauté the onion, ginger, chillies & garlic.
  2. Then put in the chicken breast and all the sauces in as well as the salt, lemon grass & the leaves so that the taste will diffuse in the chicken. Cook it till it is tender.
  3. Next, put in the squids and veggies.
  4. If you feel like the sauce is not enough, then add some water and some corn flour to thicken the sauce.
  5. Now it's ready to eat people!

Butter Prawn

This one is pretty easy as the basic ingredients are butter, prawn, a little bit of salt, red chillies, onions & garlic. Firstly, sauté the onions, garlic & chilli together then put in the
prawns and cook it around 5 minutes.
And your dish is ready! Easy & simple right?? hehe....
Oh yes! Before you cook the prawns, make sure you wash it in water with salt & lime.
[Utk mengelakkan bau hanyir~]

Potato Salad

Ok, potato salad is mainly based on potatoes. What you all need is;

Ingredients;
  • Potatoes
  • Red onions
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Salad
  • Cucumber
  • Broccoli
  • Mayonnaise

Let's Start!
  1. Boil the potatoes until it is cooked & tender.
  2. Chop all those veggies and put it all together inside a casserole [bekas sayur laa].
  3. After the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and cool down the potatoes for a while.
  4. Then cut the potatoes into dices or wedges. [up to you which one you like better]
  5. Add some mayonnaise and stir well. But don't stir it roughly cause the veggies might be spoiled.
  6. Prepare a dish for the veggies and sort the salad nicely on the plate.
  7. Now you can put in the veggies on top of the salad! hehe....

All right people!
Come on try it!! hehehe..... Please do comment ~
I'll try to improve more and more recipe from time to time.... ^_^"
[cooking is fun, that is why I love cooking & have passion in cooking]

~Gathering Mahabbah~

On the 26-27th June, batch 9 SMIH which is my batch held a gathering at PD Sanctuary Resort & Camp, Port Dickson. There were around 45 members of the batch including some that we met from R2J2 programme & some others are our friends since primary school. We also invited ustazah Hawanis as an observer as she was among the closest teacher of all with our batch. [sporting gilerr beb! memang best!!].

Alhamdulillah, praise be to ALLAH that the Gathering went quite well even tough the timing was a bit lost from the actual plan. But never mind. The travelling as well as the programme was superb! And I love it because it just makes me release my tense since the pass few days before. Yeah, seriously I was a bit stressed with everything that happened before the day & had a very bad stomach ache on the day that we was going to start the adventure. Mum suspected that I might suffer from gastric+ diarrhea as since the past few weeks I really had a bad diarrhea problem. But gastric? I never suffered from it before so I was quite confused & don't know what to do. The whole morning & night I kept on vomiting & felt a bit pain from "pedih ulu hati" [just don't know the right word]. But the weird thing is, when I swam in the swimming pool & did the kayaking, I didn't feel the pain so much. It just went away like that. hmm... Maybe it is because of the power of friendship & happiness that cured my illness perhaps? hehehe.. we never know. As I remembered from the research I've done before in Oral Communication subject, happiness can actually cure some health problems by some ways. Actually laughing is one way of cure. [wah! da macam experiment lak!]. But then, when I started to enjoy my BBQ dinner, suddenly my appetite lost & I vomited again. Seriously it spoiled my day. Later on not long after that, I managed to overcome the problem. Alhamdulillah... Maybe ALLAH want to give a sign to me so that I will have to always be patient in whatever problems that I'm facing. [dugaan demi dugaan pastinya mematangkan diri kita utk berfikir & menyelesaikan masalah dengan cara yang berhikmah]. Forget about all these pains. Lets go straight to the programme.

.:: Activity 1: Ice-Breaking ::.

This task test our knowledge about our friends. Participants were given a paper each which were hung up at the neck. The concept of the game is that participants have to write at the paper at their friends back just anything relating about their friends such as their hobby, talent, attitude & whatever that is related to them that they know. hehe.....

.:: Activity 2: "Basahkan diri anda!"::.

kayak class by iman. haha...

It was two years ago in PLKN since I've been kayaking. I remember the hard days that we have to go through along the kayaking competition at the zone stage. It was really tough !! hehe.. So based on pass experience, I tried to help my fellow friends a little bit about the tips to handle a kayak. ^_^"

pipah were bullied by us!

In the afternoon after the ice-breaking & kayaking, we straight away went to play in the ladies swimming pool. It was totally fun as we got full privacy where we can also swim freely & play in the swimming pool without sharing with the brothers. hahaha.... The pool is ours! hehe...

.:: Activity 3: BBQ + multimedia show ::.

the starving girls! hehe..

After all the fun & playing, we were totally hungry. Our tummy went on playing rock & roll music until we get to eat the food! hohoo... The menu for the barbecue night was fried rice, cucumber, barbecued chicken, grilled clam and watermelon as the dessert. Since there was a technical problem with the LCD & multimedia, we start to eat first before continue inside the seminar room the next slot of sharing.

As usual, there was a multimedia show about the members of batch 9 SMIH. Thanks to faaris & uqbah for the superb multimedia! Everyone seems like to enjoyed it very much. hehe.. Ustazah Hawanis also enjoyed it I guest as she laughed a lot when she watched the multimedia video. Alhamdulillah. This slot were continued with sharing by several members which was conducted by Saiful Islam.

pic 1: u.anis shared some tips to adapt with out side world.
pic 2 & 3: the guys were so focused when u.anis gave some tips to find a wife.
hehehe... especially that person in green.

[banyak tuu amanat yang ustazah sampaikan walaupun secara tersirat! Memang mantap!
Sayang Ustazah~]

mubin, marwan & asyraf are among the ones who gave a sharing.

Then after the sharing and  the session with ustazah, the slot that night was ended by switching prize between the girls only because the guys haven't prepared theirs yet. :)

our prizes!! oh yeah! love it~

.:: Activity 4: Musical box DO @ DARE challenge ::.

Well, among all activites, I like this part the best!
hahahaha... It was just so funny when everyone did their part imitating assigned characters spontaneously. Everyone had to do their part. Nabihah became orang asli, Hajar the crazy woman, Angah the gediks girl, Busyra the alien translator, 'Adilah the hysterical girl, Hanis the Mak Datin & alien, Aqila the rapper, Afifah the mak nyah, Shaidatul the schizophrenic teacher, Zulaiqa the mat rempit and me the newsreader without teeth. Salwa?? Just couldn't remember what she did. Everyone laughed crazily when they start to imitate the characters. Gosh~! the game was only between the girls. hehehe... ~

Here is a picture of Nabihah when she imitated the orang asli style spontaneously;

that one on her head is the mp3. haha... modern orang asli!

.:: Birthday Surprise! ::.

Ok, after the musical box game, the girls suddenly wanted to play in the swimming pool again. They were so excited to have a last swim in the swimming pool. I was the only one who didn't want to play in the swimming that morning because I didn't want my clothes to be wet again as we will start the journey back to JB by twelve o'clock. But, the girls managed to persuade me until I went off to change my clothes. So at the swimming pool, they asked me to lead the action that I did the day before & everyone was supposed to jump into the water together with me. But then, they didn't jump, they looked at me & laughed at me before they sang the birthday song even though my birthday was on the 28th not 27th! Ustazah Anis was also there with her children laughing at me. They apparently made a conspiracy to fool me together! hahaha.... It was sOoo embarrassing the action I made! hahaha... Then they pulled me out the pool and they throw & rub the flour on my clothes until everything is white! haha... I think that was the first time someone successly fooled me on my birthday! hahaha.... They were so mean because after they fooled me, they left me alone in the pool because actually no one wanted to play in the pool. Fortunately there's Shaidatul who is willingly to accompany me. thanks shy!  ^_^"

.:: Back to JB!~ ::.

Alhamdulillah.. Everything ended well and everyone looked satisfied & happy with the programme even though it was a like only a day. Gathering Mahabbah 2010 at PD Sactuary Resort & Camp is the most memorable event ever especially with Ustazah Anis who was very supportive!
Thank you ustazah..
You presence is very much appreciated! You are the best teacher ever!

A token of appreciation from us. Thank you ustazah!~

At one o'clock, we start the journey back to JB. There were 3 cars heading back to JB. Two cars for the brothers and a car for us the girls. The driver was saiful, safiuddin & me. hehehe.... [da kantoi da ngan mama bawak kete jauh2 without her permission. haha. Nasib bek x kene bebel. Cool je.
Abah pun relax je. fuhhh~ selamat! hahaha..]. The girls really enjoyed being in the car alone without the boys and that's why they created a big havOc without having to control their laugh & voice! hahaha..... Memang best! Kalau dapat jalan sendiri2 macam ni lagi kan best? Maybe next time ya girls? hehe.... Remember our project next year! We'll make sure the dream to come true..~

That's all for today folks! haha... It took me three days to update this entry. wOo..!
And now FINALLY I can update my blog about the gathering. Thank you everyone for the support & co-operation. Especially to my committee members, Talhah, Lutfi, Faaris, Anas, Aqila & Afifah who worked hard to make this gathering happen. Thank you guys. Without you guys, it wouldn't have happened. I really-really appreciate it a lot.
May ALLAH repay you guys with excellence & jannah~ Ameen.

~ Congratulations People!

hey everyone! It seems that it has been quite a time since i have updated my blog. Well then, 1 week and a half  I was stuck in IIUM as the committee of the Interschool Debating Championship IIUM 2010. It was quite fun being an usherette and time-keeper for the participants from MRSM Balik Pulau for english category. They were Seetha, Masni, Lydia, Jonathan & Cikgu Nani. One week with them, I can tell about how they are thinking & attitude. They were very sporting include their teacher Cikgu Nani! Jonathan was rather nerdy for a form 1 student, Seetha was quite matured in her thinking, Masni is very enthusiastic whenever she gets the chance to POI the opponent and Lydia love to ask a lot of questions. As an usher, I was suppose to usher them wherever they want to go, but then, after a few days, they began to seek advice from me & I began to give moral supports as well as comments and critiques after every match/debate to improve their qualities. (Macamlaa terror sngt je! ahaha... )

You know laa.... being an observer is better and we can see so much mistakes and advantages in a person. So, that was totally me when I started to feel bored waiting for the time to end for every speeches of every speakers. Just imagine! 7 minutes is the limit for every speaker to explain their points, but then, I felt that the time was sOooooooOoo slOw that I could have a great nap in front of the judges. But gosh! I was so thankful I didn't dozed off to sleep.... It was so embarrassing ok when I heard that there were some ushers who did such thing. hehehe.... Well, if only you understand what they are talking about, you might have put full  attention to what they are debating about. Maybe there are some parts that I understand, but mostly, I couldn't catch up with what they are talking about because they talk sOoo FAASTT!!! Some debaters can talk with only one breath!!! whoAa..! But I salute them for their fluency and knowledge. Bijak... Bijakk! hehe..

Anyway, congratulation guys for your effort to go through all the rounds even though you guys didn't make it to the double octo. Not everyone have the spirit as a debater have. So be with it! To Seetha, congratulations to you for receiving the 7th best speaker overall for English category. At least you improved a lot from last year as what Cikgu Nani said laa. hehe...

For my school (SM Islam Hidayah JB) for arabic team, Congratulations people especially Anas Hairozi for receiving the best speaker for the finals and overall 2nd best speaker. Sulaiman also for overall 3rd best speaker, Izzati for your cool face expressions at the finals and 'Asim for being a good time-keeper for them. hehehe.... Hey, it's not easy to achieve what they achieve now because they have to master arab language in order to rebut whatever the opponent says. I'm proud to be their senior. To ustazah Zuraidah & ustaz hassan, your efforts all this while are appreciated and this moment of joy insyaALLAH is the results for all your efforts. Thank You Ustaz wa Ustazah. May ALLAH repays each of your tears & sweat with jannah. Ameen~ Every time I learn arabic in IIUM, It reminds me to ustazah very much of her way of teaching & her voice when she starts to nag at us to learn arabic. Ahhhh~ Memories....... Oh yes, before I forget, to their usherette ZulaiQa Habsyi, hahaha... Congrats for completing your job so well and also congrats for accomplishing your dream to sit at the arena of stage in the finals. hehehe.... Tahniah laa ye semua!

my juniOrs-->'Asim-Izzati-Sulaiman-Anas-
We are the champions! Takbir!! ALLAHU AKBAR!!

[too bad that I didn't took a pic of MRSM Balik Pulau students. Its all because of the lOw quality hp cam. huhu]
